Dr. Shashank began his medical career at JJMMC Davanagere, where he earned his MBBS and developed a deep interest in perioperative medicine and pain control. He went on to specialize in Anesthesiology with an MD from the prestigious B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, where he gained extensive training in managing diverse surgical cases ranging from routine procedures to high-risk, multi-specialty operations.
 

To further refine his expertise, Dr. Shashank pursued the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Anesthesiology from the NBE, Delhi. This advanced training provided him with in-depth exposure to the latest anesthesia techniques, airway management strategies, regional anesthesia blocks, and comprehensive post-operative care. His skill set includes proficiency in general, spinal, and epidural anesthesia, as well as advanced regional nerve blocks for pain relief and enhanced recovery.
 

Throughout his career, Dr. Shashank has worked closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams, ensuring seamless coordination before, during, and after surgery. He is equally adept in managing anesthesia for complex specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic procedures, and transplant surgeries, with a focus on patient safety and individualized care plans. His training also encompasses intensive care unit (ICU) management, perioperative optimization of high-risk patients, and acute and chronic pain management.
